Meet the CEOs Welcomes Zlatko Leov

On Friday, May 11 2012, MBA Meet the CEOs series welcomed an ACT graduate (class of 2003) Mr. Zlatko Leov. A family-owned business, Leov Company, a unique producer of electrical water heaters, has been competitive in the domestic as well as foreign markets for more than two decades. Having served as a Sales Manager for Leov Company, Mr. Leov assumed the position of General Manager in 2006. Mr. Leov is also the owner of EasyMedia, a billboard advertising company and InfoCell, a mobile telephony and sales company.  Taking calculated risks, ensuring product quality and reinvesting most of the company’s profits facilitated the company’s growth through the years. Initially, Leov Company considered geographical proximity and relied mostly on partnerships to enter neighbouring foreign markets.  Mr. Zlatko Leov explained that starting at an entry level and becoming familiar with all the work components has been essential in his professional development. “Enhance ‘theory’ with ‘practice,’ he advised ACT business students, “and maintain a balance between work and personal life.”
