Venture Garden visits Volos

The first event of VentureGarden in Volos was very successful with 37 engaged participants who we will be following up with to engage in submitting ideas. It started with the introduction to the Business Canvas Model Methodology by Dr George Stamboulis, Lecturer at the University of Thessaly.  This introduction was followed by a presentation of the VentureGarden program along with instructions on how participants can submit ideas by Dr Dimitris Kontarinis.  The event ended with a talk by Dr Sotiris Bantas CTO and cofounder of Centaur Technologies and co founder of Helic Inc where he talked about his former experience in starting up and growing a company in Electronic Design Automation in Greece and US and lately, a company in the sector of The Internet of Things from Volos. The event was hosted in Incrediblue's offices another start up based out of Volos and its COO George Gatos gave a brief overview and start up experiene.
